For the Sauce:
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp pizza seasoning
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
For the Salad:
- 70 g steamed green mung bean sprouts
- 70 g steamed black chickpea sprouts
- 50 g steamed green peas
- 50 g chopped onions
- 60 g chopped cucumber
- 60 g chopped tomatoes
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
- 40 g lettuce
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until well combined.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the steamed sprouts, green peas, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, lettuce, and green chilies.
- Pour the sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, protein-packed sprouts salad!
