Protein-Packed Sprouts Salad

For the Sauce:

  • 50 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

For the Salad:

  • 70 g steamed green mung bean sprouts
  • 70 g steamed black chickpea sprouts
  • 50 g steamed green peas
  • 50 g chopped onions
  • 60 g chopped cucumber
  • 60 g chopped tomatoes
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds
  • 40 g lettuce
  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until well combined.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the steamed sprouts, green peas, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, lettuce, and green chilies.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, protein-packed sprouts salad!
