Spicy Masala Chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Chips

Method:

  1. Mix garlic, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander powder, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Toss the chips with the spice mixture until well coated.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy masala chips!

Cheesy Pasta Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 pav bread rolls
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Process:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook until thickened. Stir in cream, cheese, salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
  3. Slice the pav bread rolls and spread garlic butter on them. Pour the pasta sauce over the bread and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Tandoori Scored Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 6 to 8 potatoes

Method:

  1. Score the potatoes with shallow cuts. Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and fresh coriander to create the tandoori marinade.
  2. Apply the marinade to the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Air fry or bake at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese. Enjoy!
