If you love the combination of coffee and chocolate, this pudding is a must-try! The texture and the crackling chocolate on top will make every bite irresistible.

Ingredients:

For the Pudding:

  • 5 cups milk
  • 6 tbsp cornflour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds (or nuts of your choice)

Method:

  1. Combine milk, cornflour, sugar, coffee powder, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  2. Pour the pudding mixture into serving dishes and let it sit for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator until set.
  3. Once the pudding is set, melt the chocolate and mix in the slivered almonds.
  4. Pour the chocolate almond ganache over the pudding and let it sit for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Crack the top layer and enjoy your crackling mocha pudding!
