Fried Dumplings

Ingredients:

150 gm Refined Flour

2tsp Oil

100 gm Paneer/Cottage Cheese

1 cup cabbage sliced thinly

3pcs garlic

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1/4tsp

Vinegar ½ tsp

Ajinomoto ¼ tsp

Oil for frying

Method:

Knead refined flour with oil, salt, and water and keep it aside

Chop garlic, and cabbage in a chopper. Cut paneer into very small pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan sauté cabbage, and garlic until transparent, and add paneer, salt, black pepper, vinegar, and Ajinomoto. Roll dough into small balls and flatten them with a rolling pin. Fill the above-prepared mixture, fold it into a dumpling shape, and paste it with water. Deep fry until light brown or steam dumplings. Serve hot with chili sauce.
