Ingredients:
Vegetables: Chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
½ capsicum
1 cucumber
1 onion
1 tomato
Few olives
Cheese: Cottage cheese/ Feta cheese/ Regular cheese, cut into small pieces
Seasoning:
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp oregano
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
½ lemon juice

Method: Mix all the seasonings, and ingredients and stir them well.
In a mixing bowl, add vegetables and cheese and pour the seasoning on top.
Stir well, while ensuring that cottage cheese does not break.
Add jalapenos and mint leaves for garnish.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
