Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients:
    • 2 large apples, diced (use a mix of sweet and tart apples if preferred)
    • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup sliced red grapes or raisins
    • 1/2 cup walnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
    • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Dressing:
    • 1 cup plain yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
    • Finely chop the celery.
    • Slice the red grapes in half, if using. If using raisins, no preparation is needed.
    • Roughly chop the roasted walnuts.
    • Chop the fresh mint leaves.
