- 2 cups boiled corn kernels

Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Finely chop the onion, green capsicum, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.
- If the corn kernels are not already boiled, boil them until tender and then drain.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled corn kernels, chopped onion, green capsicum, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.
- Season the Chaat:
- Add the black salt, white salt, freshly ground black pepper, and chaat masala to the vegetable mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture.
- Toss and Combine:
- Toss everything together until all the ingredients are well combined and evenly coated with the spices and lemon juice.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
