Mango Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of mangoes (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp pink salt

Instructions:

  1. Freeze Mangoes: Place the chopped mangoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen mangoes, lemon juice, and pink salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer and Freeze: Transfer the blended mixture into a tin or container. Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
  4. Final Freeze: Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Serve: Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a creamier texture, you can blend in a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup.
  • To make it even more refreshing, you can add a few fresh mint leaves while blending.
