Nachos in a Mug

Ingredients for the Veggie Mix:

  • 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red and yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp corn kernels
  • Salt, oregano, and chili flakes for seasoning
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Veggie Mix:
    • In a bowl, mix capsicum, bell pepper, corn, salt, oregano, chili flakes, ketchup, and grated cheese.
  2. Assemble in Mug:
    • Add the veggie mix to a microwave-safe mug.
    • Top with additional cheese.
  3. Microwave:
    • Microwave for 1 minute until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve:
    • Add nacho chips to the mug, mix, and enjoy immediately.
