Ingredients for the Veggie Mix:
- 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
- 2 tbsp red and yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp corn kernels
- Salt, oregano, and chili flakes for seasoning
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Prepare Veggie Mix:
- In a bowl, mix capsicum, bell pepper, corn, salt, oregano, chili flakes, ketchup, and grated cheese.
- Assemble in Mug:
- Add the veggie mix to a microwave-safe mug.
- Top with additional cheese.
- Microwave:
- Microwave for 1 minute until the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Add nacho chips to the mug, mix, and enjoy immediately.
