Ingredients:
- 150 g cottage cheese (paneer)
- 7 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup (60 g) dark chocolate, melted
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Method:
- Crumble the paneer to ensure a smooth blend.
- In a blender, combine the crumbled paneer, milk, cocoa powder, honey, and melted dark chocolate.
- Blend until the mixture reaches a thick, smooth consistency similar to a chocolate smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into small bowls or a large serving dish and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
