Ingredients:
- For the Filling:
- 1/4 cup grated cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup crushed paneer
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- For the Wrap:
- Chapati or parantha
- Green chutney
- Sliced onions
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cabbage, grated carrots, and crushed paneer.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix in the yogurt until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.
- Assemble the Wrap:
- Take a chapati or parantha and spread a layer of green chutney evenly over it.
- Add a few slices of onions on top of the chutney.
- Place a generous amount of the paneer mixture in the center of the chapati or parantha.
- Roll the Wrap:
- Roll the chapati or parantha tightly to enclose the filling.
- Toast the Wrap:
- Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
- Place the rolled wrap on the tawa and toast it until it is golden brown and crispy on all sides. This should take about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve:
- Cut the wrap in half, if desired, and serve hot.
