Paneer Wrap Recipe


Ingredients:

  • For the Filling:
    • 1/4 cup grated cabbage
    • 1/4 cup grated carrots
    • 1/4 cup crushed paneer
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • For the Wrap:
    • Chapati or parantha
    • Green chutney
    • Sliced onions

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cabbage, grated carrots, and crushed paneer.
    • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
    • Mix in the yogurt until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Assemble the Wrap:
    • Take a chapati or parantha and spread a layer of green chutney evenly over it.
    • Add a few slices of onions on top of the chutney.
    • Place a generous amount of the paneer mixture in the center of the chapati or parantha.
  3. Roll the Wrap:
    • Roll the chapati or parantha tightly to enclose the filling.
  4. Toast the Wrap:
    • Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
    • Place the rolled wrap on the tawa and toast it until it is golden brown and crispy on all sides. This should take about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve:
    • Cut the wrap in half, if desired, and serve hot.
