Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of yogurt (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup of mixed fruit (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the mixed fruits into small, bite-sized pieces if not already prepared.
- Layer the Parfait:
- Take a tall glass or a parfait dish for an attractive presentation.
- Start by adding one scoop of yogurt to the bottom of the glass.
- Add the Fruit:
- Spoon half of the mixed fruit on top of the yogurt layer.
- Drizzle Honey:
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the fruit layer.
- Add Flaxseeds:
- Sprinkle half of the flaxseeds over the honey and fruit layer.
- Repeat Layers:
- Add the second scoop of yogurt over the fruit and flaxseeds.
- Spoon the remaining mixed fruit on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over the fruit.
- Sprinkle the rest of the flaxseeds on top.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or refrigerate for up to an hour if you prefer it chilled.
