Simple Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of yogurt (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup of mixed fruit (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Cut the mixed fruits into small, bite-sized pieces if not already prepared.
  2. Layer the Parfait:
    • Take a tall glass or a parfait dish for an attractive presentation.
    • Start by adding one scoop of yogurt to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Add the Fruit:
    • Spoon half of the mixed fruit on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Drizzle Honey:
    • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the fruit layer.
  5. Add Flaxseeds:
    • Sprinkle half of the flaxseeds over the honey and fruit layer.
  6. Repeat Layers:
    • Add the second scoop of yogurt over the fruit and flaxseeds.
    • Spoon the remaining mixed fruit on top of the yogurt.
    • Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over the fruit.
    • Sprinkle the rest of the flaxseeds on top.
  7. Serve:
    • Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or refrigerate for up to an hour if you prefer it chilled.
